On-site
Assessment & Report
4 Days, One Time
A four day visit to your office to assess the office, determine problems, bottlenecks and problems holding the firm back. A report of the findings and our recommendations will come from the visit. Assistance with the implementation is also available.
1-on-1 Consulting
1 Hour per Month
A monthly one on one consulting call with Steve to discuss a particular item, progression of previous problems, solutions and strategic items.
Mastermind
Group Consulting
1 Hour per Month
A monthly call with 4 other group members that are non-competitors, to discuss relevant problems, bottlenecks,etc. Each month, one member will be in the "hot seat" with a problem. Discussions will also review any previously discussed items.
The Modus Operandi
We are very savvy when it comes to technology but love the one-on-one, face-to-face meetings. So, whatever makes you most comfortable, just let us know how you work best and we will do our best to accommodate.
